At Freedom in His Truth, we believe true freedom begins with surrendering our lives to Jesus Christ, allowing the Holy Spirit to renew our minds, and learning to walk in the truth of God's Word.
Through Christian Mind Renewal Coaching, I walk alongside women who desire to recognize and change harmful thought patterns, overcome people-pleasing and perfectionism, develop healthy boundaries and effective communication skills, build healthier relationships, and grow emotionally and spiritually through the truth of God's Word.
My mission is to encourage women to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ, develop healthy boundaries, strengthen their confidence, and walk in the freedom found in God's truth.

Meet NaTonya | Founder of Freedom in His Truth
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Christian coach, and I keep those roles clearly separate. Coaching allows me to focus on mind renewal and transformation, outside of a clinical setting — using biblical wisdom and practical tools to guide change.
I’ve worked with individuals and couples across various settings, and that experience has shaped my ability to connect, listen deeply, and walk with people through real-life challenges.
My passion is helping women experience transformation through the renewing of their minds and the truth of God's Word.
